We are looking for a committed
Civil Engineer (Site Supervisor)
to work full-time onsite at Balewadi High Street, Pune, for 4-6 months. You will oversee the interior renovation and electrical work for four of our own units.

Please note, we are managing our renovation ourselves—we are not a design agency. Your role will be to support us by providing expert research on materials and finishes, coordinating with the agencies we have already engaged, and ensuring quality execution aligned with our design decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Planning and Coordination

• Work closely with us to understand our design ideas, space planning, color preferences, materials, and finishes.
• Conduct vendor and material research to identify quality products that fit our project requirements and budget.
• Coordinate with our pre-appointed contractors and suppliers to ensure smooth execution according to our approved designs and materials.

Surface and Wall Preparation

• Oversee cleaning, repairing, sanding, sealing, and priming of walls and surfaces, using best practices and researched materials fitting our project needs.
• Supervise waterproofing and application of protective coatings in moisture-prone areas as determined through research.

Painting and Wall Finishes

• Manage paint and finish applications (emulsion, distemper) ensuring durability and uniformity in line with selections we finalize.
• Coordinate wallpaper, wall panel, and cladding installations to achieve perfect finishes corresponding with our design vision.
• Supervise painting or polishing of wood and metal surfaces as per the researched finishes we approve.
• Conduct final inspections and touch-ups to uphold quality standards.

Electrical Work

• Oversee installation of lighting, electrical outlets, wiring, switchboards, circuits, fans, ventilation, and smart technology in line with our researched product choices.
• Coordinate specialty lighting and CCTV system setups to meet security and aesthetic requirements we specify.
• Manage safety upgrades, removal of obsolete wiring, and conduct system testing and certification to ensure compliance.
• Keep detailed logs of all electrical work, materials, inspections, and certifications.

Additional Interior Coordination

• Support curtain selection, measurements, procurement, and installation based on our design plans.
• Manage furniture making and upholstery by coordinating with carpenters and suppliers following our material and design choices.
• Oversee installation of soft furnishings, window treatments, HVAC integration, and decorative elements per our direction.

Candidate Profile

• Background as a civil engineer with experience in onsite supervision of interior renovations and electrical coordination, preferably in residential and commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and electrical systems essential for renovation quality control.
• Skilled in conducting material and vendor research and communicating findings clearly to clients managing their own design process.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills to collaborate directly with property owners and multiple contractors.
• Detail-oriented, focused on quality, safety, and schedule adherence.
• Available for full-time onsite work in Balewadi High Street, Pune, for the contract duration.
