Should have experience in OS upgrade and patch management. Must have good troubleshooting skills. ITIL Awareness Preferred Skills/Knowledge Experience on Automating tasks by using Shell Scripts, Ansible Understanding of VMware or Openstack. Description: RHEL / Redhat Certified Specialist Category: Soft Skills Must be ready to learn new technologies and acquire new skills Must be a Team Player Should be good in Verbal and Written Communication.
