Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Design Verification Lead located in Bengaluru South. The Design Verification Lead will be responsible for leading the verification of complex IPs and SoCs, developing and executing verification plans, and creating and maintaining test benches. The role includes coordinating with design and architecture teams, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the highest quality and performance standards are met. The Design Verification Lead will also mentor junior engineers, provide technical guidance, and contribute to continuous improvement of verification methodologies and tools.

Qualifications

  • Experience with verification methodologies and test benches, such as UVM, VMM, or OVM
  • Proficiency in hardware description languages like Verilog and VHDL
  • Strong understanding of digital design principles and semiconductor fundamentals
  • Knowledge of scripting languages such as Perl, Python, or TCL
  • Experience with EDA tools and frameworks (e.g., Synopsys, Cadence)
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to lead and mentor junior engineers
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
