Your Role: Lead Verification Engineer

You’ll be a technical anchor in our Verification team, taking charge of critical SoC/ASIC projects, driving verification strategy, and mentoring engineers.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and execute complex ASIC/SoC verification projects
  • Design and develop verification environments using System Verilog and UVM
  • Translate specs into robust verification plans
  • Drive functional and gate-level simulation , debug failures, and ensure quality
  • Work with protocols like PCIe, Ethernet, USB, AXI, DDR, AMBA, RISC-V , etc.
  • Perform coverage analysis and regression setup
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead by example

What We’re Looking For

  • 8+ years of hands-on verification experience
  • Solid understanding of ASIC design flow and verification methodologies
  • Strong command over SV, UVM , and simulation/debugging tools
  • Proven track record of executing at least 2 SoC verification projects
  • Bonus: Experience with formal verification, power-aware simulations, or mixed-signal verification
  • A proactive mindset and a passion for mentorship
