There has never been a better time to join EQ.Role SummaryThe Workplace Administration Product Manager has oversight of our Workplace Administration Product which is used by over 40 clients. The role includes ownership of the Target Operating Model, how our technologies are used to deliver this and working collaboratively with our Operational teams who are responsible for delivery of the service. The ideal candidate will have experience of working within a Pensions TPA or administration environment.Core Duties/ResponsibilitiesWork closely with the Product leadership to set product strategy and vision and ensure alignment with Proposition objectives (where Proposition consists of a family of Products)Implement the vision into an ongoing product strategy and key goals to measure performance againstManage the entire product life cycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch maintenance. Drive, at a product level, the customer-centric experiences through the product cycle such as user research, UAT, user behaviour analysisDemonstrate deep customer understanding and defines and own customer segment strategy, market research, and competitor researchUse both qualitative and quantitative research to assess the value of products and features in line with proposition priorities with a specific focus on commercials and product performanceDrive continuous product discovery to understand user needs and translate those solutions and product backlogDrive product development; own the prioritisation and backlog managementIdentify and mitigate risks associated with product development and launchInfuse a sense of ownership & pride amongst team members to deliver high-quality work outputsInstitute a self-directed and high-performance culture in the teamManage various stakeholders, including Operations, Relationship teams, Business Development and Compliance, supporting their needs and balancing their prioritiesEnable a culture of continuous improvement and learning, by coaching team members and role-modelling self-developmentWork with the Platform Owner and Technical Product Owners to manage technical Product Strategy, alignment to Architectural vision and to ensure on-going platform vitalityWork with the Product Owners to ensure a smooth flow of work from upstream definition through to development and delivery.Line management responsibility for the Platform Product OwnersSkills, Capabilities and AttributesBachelors DegreeExperience in a Product role or working in a Product-centric organisation ideally with Enterprise-focused technology or outsourcing solutionsProven experience of interfacing with cross-functional teams to drive product deliveryProduct vision & discoveryProfitability managementCommercial Strategy (Pricing & Monetisation)Backlog prioritisationCompliance & Governance stewardshipSuccess metrics & OKRsUser journey & process mappingMarket researchAgile Ways of WorkingWhat We OfferSave For Your Future
