From educational videos and behind-the-scenes shoots to customer stories and styling guides, your videos will inspire India's new generation of diamond ring buyers. This is a storytelling-first role where visual creativity meets marketing strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesLong-form & Short-form Video Creation (8–10/month)·         Plan, shoot, and edit engaging videos (8–15 minutes) that showcase our products, studio stories, client journeys, and design processes.·         Create Shorts (YouTube’s vertical video format) to boost discoverability.·         Use editing tools like Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or VN.Hook-Led Storytelling·         Craft strong openings and video structures that drive watch time and retention.·         Write compelling video titles and thumbnails to improve CTR.·         Integrate hooks, CTAs, and emotional beats for higher engagement.YouTube SEO & Optimization·         Research relevant keywords, trends, and tags to optimize visibility.·         Write accurate, searchable descriptions and use effective hashtags.·         Monitor performance analytics and tweak content strategy accordingly.Content Calendar Management·         Align YouTube publishing schedule with marketing plans, launches, and seasonal campaigns·         Collaborate with in-store teams to capture real moments (client testimonials, jewellery selection process, customizations, etc.)Must-Have Skills·         P roven experience organically growing a YouTube channel (0 to 10K+ subscribers)·        Strong video editing and storytelling ability·        Deep understanding of YouTube algorithm, SEO, and content strategy·        Excellent communication in English (and Hindi/Marathi for local flavor)·        Creativity in turning everyday brand moments into binge-worthy contentGood-to-Have (Bonus)·        Prior experience in luxury, fashion, jewellery, or lifestyle content·        Familiarity with diamond/jewellery terminology·        Ability to guide clients for on-camera testimonials or user-style clips·        Thumbnail design and basic motion graphics knowledgeMonthly Content OutputContent Type VolumeLong Form Videos - 8-10/monthYouTube Shorts - 8-12/monthComments/Engagement - OngoingPerformance Review - WeeklyQualificationsMust Possess a Bachelor’s Degree
