Role Overview :

As the Associate Vice President of AI Practice, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our AI strategy. Your primary responsibility will be to lead and build AI teams, driving the implementation of AI solutions across our projects. This role requires a perfect blend of strong technical acumen, strategic thinking, and leadership skills to propel our organization into the future of AI-driven Responsibilities :


AI Strategy and Implementation:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive AI strategy aligned with business objectives.

- Lead end-to-end implementation of AI solutions, ensuring successful integration into existing projects.

Team Leadership and Development:

- Build and mentor a high-performing AI team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

- Provide technical leadership, guidance, and support to team members.

Technology Stack Mastery:

- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI technologies and trends.

- Evaluate and recommend AI tools, frameworks, and technologies for optimal project outcomes.

Client Engagement:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their AI requirements and propose tailored solutions.

- Act as a trusted advisor, contributing to client satisfaction and successful project delivery.

Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams :

- Work closely with other departments to integrate AI seamlessly into various business processes.

- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to position our AI capabilities in the market.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

- Proven experience (7+ years) in AI implementation, with a strong technology stack background.

- Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of building and managing successful AI teams.

- In-depth knowledge of AI methodologies, algorithms, and tools.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
