Position: ServiceNow TechnicalArchitect

Location: Noida/Pune

Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and experiencedServiceNow Technical Architect with a minimum of 6 years ofexperience to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate willhave a strong background in ServiceNow development and architecturewith a proven track record of designing and implementing complexsolutions to meet the needs of large organizations.

Responsibilities:

Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNowsolutions to meet the business requirements of ourorganization.

Collaborate with stakeholders togather and analyze requirements and translate them into technicalsolutions within the ServiceNow platform.

Design and develop custom applications modules and workflows withinServiceNow focusing on areas such as IT Service Management (ITSM)IT Operations Management (ITOM) and IT Business Management(ITBM).

Provide technical leadership andguidance to development teams ensuring adherence to best practicesand standards for ServiceNow development.

Evaluate existing systems and processes to identify opportunitiesfor improvement and optimization using ServiceNow.

Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow andother systems and applications using technologies such as REST SOAPand MID Server.

Assist with system upgradespatches and enhancements to ensure the stability and performance ofthe ServiceNow platform.

Stay uptodate with thelatest ServiceNow features capabilities and industry trends andprovide recommendations for their adoption within ourorganization.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology orrelated field.

Minimum of 6 years of experiencein ServiceNow development and architecture with expertise inJavaScript HTML CSS and ServiceNow scripting languages (e.g.GlideScript Jelly).

Proven experience designingand implementing complex solutions within the ServiceNow platformwith a strong understanding of ITIL processes andprinciples.

ServiceNow certifications (e.g.Certified Application Developer Certified Implementation SpecialistCertified System Administrator) required.

Experience leading and mentoring development teams with strongleadership and communication skills.

Excellentproblemsolving and analytical skills with the ability to thinkstrategically and propose innovative solutions.

Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced collaborative teamenvironment.
