Job Description

Estamos en la búsqueda de Project Manager (PMO) con al menos 6 años de experiencia en proyectos de infraestructura. Será responsable de establecer, mantener y mejorar los estándares y prácticas de gestión de proyectos en toda la organización, asegurando la entrega exitosa de proyectos de infraestructura de alta calidad.


Principales funciones

  • Desarrollar, implementar y operativizar la gobernanza de la empresa, desde la planificación y control de plazos y costos, reporting, control documentario y comunicación interna.
  • Planificación y control de plazos del proyecto.
  • Control de costos
  • Reúne la información entregada por las gerencias y confecciona los reportes para terceros.
  • Mantener un control documentario adecuado.
  • Controla el flujo de información de documentos, planos y cualquier archivo relevante para el proyecto manteniendo la información actualizada.
  • Desarrollar e implementar metodologías, procesos y herramientas de gestión de proyectos.
  • Proporcionar soporte y guía a los equipos de proyecto en la planificación, ejecución y cierre de proyectos.
  • Monitorear el progreso de los proyectos y asegurar la conformidad con los estándares de la PMO.
  • Coordinar la comunicación entre los equipos de proyecto y las partes interesadas.
  • Realizar auditorías y evaluaciones periódicas de los proyectos para asegurar el cumplimiento de las mejores prácticas.
  • Facilitar la gestión de riesgos y problemas, así como la toma de decisiones informadas.
  • Desarrollar y mantener informes y dashboards de desempeño del proyecto.
  • Promover la mejora continua y la capacitación en gestión de proyectos dentro de la organización.

Requirements

Título en Ingeniería Civil Industrial o similar.

Experiencia mínima de 6 años en roles relacionados con la PMO o gestión de proyectos de infraestructura.

  • Experiencia liderando equipos de manera directa.
  • Conocimiento avanzado de herramientas de gestión de proyectos (por ejemplo, MS Project, Primavera).
  • Inglés intermedio.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, liderazgo  y presentación.
  • Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente y en equipo.
  • Habilidades analíticas y capacidad para gestionar múltiples proyectos simultáneamente.
  • Atención al detalle y capacidad para trabajar bajo presión.

 


Requirements
