The achievers and courageous challenge-crushers we seek, have the following characteristics and skills:  Roles & Responsibilities: Review and approve the static \ F&DT stress substantiation analysis and reports using established standards and working procedures Thorough understanding of the regulatory and certification requirements Cascading the customer’s product and process requirements to Engineering Team Provide solutions to queries & clarifications raised by offshore team in agreement with customer requirements Ensure all solutions satisfy customer requirements, support this by ensuring delivery of high quality F&DT justifications to time, cost and quality requirements Handle a team of 15 to 25 Engineers Mentoring and guiding the junior Engineers F&DT Capability building Support on the Technical Proposal preparation. Required Skills (Technical Competency): Bachelor/Master’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience in an Aerospace/Mechanical engineering environment Good working experience on ATA 53/57 At least 12+ years of Experience in F&DT Analysis of Fuselage Structure using a broad range of legacy and harmonized methods & tools Candidates holding Technical approval status earlier on ATA53/57 would be preferred. Expertise in F&DT Stress Analysis methods, tools & processes Conversant with AIRBUS methods processes & terminologies Min 5+ years of ISAMI tool experience Knowledge of certification analysis methods and procedures Excellent written and verbal communication skills Desired Skills: Design Principles and Practices.
