What you will do

We are looking for a Senior Director of Technology with - years of experience to join our team in Bangalore.

Main Focal Points:

Strategic Leadership: Drive the technology strategy for the e-commerce domain, aligning it with business goals to ensure scalability, innovation, and market competitiveness.

Stakeholder Management: Engage with top-level executives such as CEOs, CTOs, and CIOs, providing insights and recommendations on technology-driven business strategies.

Will work closely with decision makers in other departments to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions for all aspects of the clients.

Team Development: Build and lead a high-performing technical team, leveraging your personal network to attract top talent and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.

Business Growth: Play a pivotal role in business development by pitching to potential clients, participating in proposal creation, and helping secure new projects.

Project Oversight: Oversee the execution of e-commerce projects, ensuring that technology solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Technology Roadmap: Develop and maintain a technology roadmap that supports the company's business objectives, ensuring alignment with the latest industry trends and innovations.

Collaborate with Partners, to formulate and deploy long-term strategic plans for acquiring and enabling efficient and cost-effective solutions and communication technologies to wider group.

Client Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor for key clients, understanding their business needs and proposing technology solutions that drive their success.

Direct research on potential technology solutions and implementations in support of new initiatives, opportunities, and procurement efforts

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure the seamless integration of technology with business initiatives.

Review performance of IT systems to determine operating costs, productivity levels, and upgrade requirements.

Technical Proficiency: Hands-on development experience, with a strong understanding of modern e-commerce platforms, cloud infrastructure, and software development best practices.

Strategic Vision: Ability to develop and execute a technology strategy that supports business goals, drives innovation, and ensures long-term success.
