As part of our Global Portfolio Intelligence team, the successful candidate will play a key role in the transformation of our investment capabilities globally
We will count on you:Vision and ambition to scale India office to be at par with global counterpartsLead the development of Investment strategies by leveraging cross domain expertiseHunger to deliver more and an appetite for hyper growthProvide strong leadership and mentorship to a multidisciplinary investment teamFoster a culture of excellence, collaboration and continuous learningLaise with senior stakeholders to find creative solutions to complex business problemsAct as a conduit between leadership and team leads to achieve strategic goals
What you need to have:7-10 years of team management experience preferably in asset / wealth managementExpertise in investment finance, portfolio theory and portfolio analytics is nonnegotiableBackground in portfolio management, construction and advanced econometrics, statistical modellingExcellent people management skill with ability to influence both senior and junior stakeholdersProven track record of managing multidisciplinary teams and achieving resultsProven track record of implementing enterprise-wide business solutionsCapability to understand the overall picture while maintaining a pragmatic, hands-on approachStrong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a passion for developing talent and fostering a collaborative culture
