Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant, located in Vadodara. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, reconciling bank statements, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices, handling payroll, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting. The Accountant will work closely with the finance team to ensure the financial health of the organization.

Qualifications

  • Experience in financial management, including financial reporting and accounting
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and tools
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Professional certification such as CPA or CA is a plus
  • Understanding of tax laws and regulations
