Executive Operations Manager (EA+ / Chief of Staff–Lite) Location: Ahmedabad (On-site, full-time) Reports to: CEO About the Role We are looking for a sharp, highly organized operator to act as the CEO’s right hand—owning the executive operating rhythm, driving company-wide coordination, and ensuring day-to-day execution runs seamlessly. This is a hands-on, in-office role designed for someone who thrives in structure, momentum, and accountability—not a remote assistant position. Should be based in Ahmedabad. What You’ll Do Executive Rhythm & Operating Cadence Manage the CEO’s calendar, meeting prep, notes, and follow-through. Maintain clean and actionable backlogs in Asana. Drive weekly operations stand-ups, monthly business reviews, and ensure all decisions are tracked to closure. People Operations (Light) Manage end-to-end hiring cycles: draft JDs, source candidates, schedule interviews, consolidate evaluations, and coordinate offers/onboarding (via HRIS such as SumHR ). Keep organizational documents, access controls, and offboarding playbooks up to date. Travel & Events Plan and optimize complex domestic/international travel—including flights, hotels, and visa logistics. Ensure accurate rewards tracking and GST documentation. Coordinate conference outreach, vendor/speaker management, and budget tracking. General Operations Handle vendor onboarding, contract paperwork, and digital signatures. Track insurance renewals,
