Should be based in Ahmedabad.What You’ll DoExecutive Rhythm & Operating CadenceManage the CEO’s calendar, meeting prep, notes, and follow-through.Maintain clean and actionable backlogs in Asana.Drive weekly operations stand-ups, monthly business reviews, and ensure all decisions are tracked to closure.People Operations (Light)Manage end-to-end hiring cycles: draft JDs, source candidates, schedule interviews, consolidate evaluations, and coordinate offers/onboarding ( via HRIS such as SumHR ).Keep organizational documents, access controls, and offboarding playbooks up to date.Travel & EventsPlan and optimize complex domestic/international travel—including flights, hotels, and visa logistics.Ensure accurate rewards tracking and GST documentation.Coordinate conference outreach, vendor/speaker management, and budget tracking.General OperationsHandle vendor onboarding, contract paperwork, and digital signatures.Track insurance renewals,
