Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and motivated individual to fill the Telesales Executive position. A strong candidate will have a proven track record in sales, strong communication skills, a consistent work ethic, and a desire to be a part of a fast-growing and exciting company which delivers high-level online educational courses for professionals.


Full training for this position will be provided, however we are looking for someone with plenty of experience managing their own work-load, and communicating over the phone and via email.


You will be joining an enthusiastic, friendly team in a modern office in the heart of Bangalore town centre.


The role will have opportunities for promotion and professional growth within the company. Your earnings and career growth have great potential, and you will be expected to increase the business month on month for which a generous bonus  will be paid. Key Responsibilities:

  • Making significant level of telephone calls to our leads
  • High productivity on call times and outbound calls to meet the minimum criteria
  • Ensuring that customer satisfaction results in repeat and expansion business
  • Consistently maintaining an innovative and professional approach to all prospective clients
  • Confident and professional telephone manner and ability to build rapport
  • Provide sufficient information about the courses and its benefits
  • Ability to achieve targets in productivity and results

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be a positive and driven individual, with the tenacity and target driven attitude of a sales person
  • Be proficient using Microsoft Office and in particular Outlook
  • Well organised with the ability to plan, prioritise and manage own workload
