Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Floor Manager located in New Delhi. The Executive Floor Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure customer satisfaction, manage staff training, and communicate effectively with both employees and customers. The individual will also be responsible for maintaining high levels of customer service and operational efficiency.
