Join us on our journey to shape the future with AI.As a Business Analyst at Techjays, you’ll be at the center of product development—translating complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements and working closely with engineering, product, and design teams to deliver meaningful solutions. You’ll help shape the direction of products from concept to launch, using data, automation, and agile methodologies to drive value.Experience Required : 2–5 yearsLocation : RemoteKey Responsibilities: Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and UX Designers to define business problems and product opportunitiesWrite clear, detailed, and actionable user stories, business requirements (BRDs), functional requirements (FRDs), test cases, and acceptance criteriaOwn and manage backlog grooming, sprint planning, and sprint readiness activitiesPartner with developers to map system workflows and coordinate cross-functional integrationsSupport QA teams with testing strategies, UAT coordination, and rollout planningLeverage AI and automation tools to streamline analysis, documentation, and delivery processesEnsure effective stakeholder communication, including technical and non-technical team membersMaintain accurate product and technical documentation in Jira/ConfluenceRequired Skills and Qualification:2–5 years of experience in business analysis, product ownership, or technical project managementStrong understanding of backend systems and data workflows; ability to explain APIs and system interactions clearlyHands-on experience with SQL for data validation and analysisFamiliarity with tools like Postman, Swagger (or similar API tools)Experience supporting Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectivesExcellent verbal and written communication skills; capable of working effectively with global and cross-functional teamsDetail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset and strong organizational skillsNice to Have skills:Familiarity with modern data platforms like dbt, Snowflake, Kafka, AWS GlueBackground in ecommerce, logistics, or Saa S product developmentExperience working in fast-paced environments or growth-stage companiesWhat we offer:Best in class packagesPaid holidays and flexible paid time awayCasual dress code & flexible working environmentWork in an engaging, fast paced environment with ample opportunities for professional development.Medical Insurance covering self & family up to 4 lakhs per person.Diverse and multicultural work environmentBe part of an innovation-driven culture that provides the support and resources needed to succeed.
