Job Description – Regional Client Manager-NorthPOSITION DESCRIPTION:The position will be under the Bureau Operations vertical. The position allows a great opportunity for anyone looking for good visibility of leadership and decision making. With the responsibility for ensuring client satisfaction comes the power to implement initiatives with a very wide impact in the financial services industry.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Set and monitor engagement health with premium clients for regional account managersNetwork with key customers to identify their pain points and address their specific needsDevelop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure long-term successAct as the liaison between customers and internal teams ensuring clients’ requirements are met within the expected timeline and qualityEnsure brand consistencyCollect and analyse sales data, customer data trends to highlight alarms or provide insight on the business opportunityMaintain high customer satisfaction ratings, according to company standardsLiaise with Sales and Marketing departments to set and implement strategies for new productsStay up-to-date with internal and external developments and suggest new ways to increase salesDESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:Overall experience of 15 years with proven relevant work experience as a National Account manager of atleast 6 yearsSolid experience in sales and customer serviceDemonstrable experience in negotiating and meeting clients requirementsIn-depth understanding of sales performance metricsExcellent analytical and organizational skillsStrong communication skillsAbility to lead and motivate team membersAvailability to travel as needed
