Develop and manage new cities.
Recruitment and training of business managers.
Lead generation through the team.
Develop new business opportunities.
Should be capable of handling multiple projects and clients.
Responsible for making presentations in front of clients and good communications skills,
Lead generation, doing site visits with client, converting it into sales and closure.
Performance evaluations of the business managers.
Monitoring teams performance and motivating them to reach targets.
Qualifications
Education- Graduate / PG
Skills Leadership skill, Decision making skills, strategy making, Sales Skills, Customer Handling, Completive handling, Excellent presentation, sales negotiation skills.
Abilities Company branding and positioning
Other characteristics knowledge and understanding of real estate sector
Experience 3-7 years (Sales)
Age: 24yr to 40yr
