Job description

As an HR Associate – Operations, you will be responsible for managing various administrative and operational aspects of the Human Resources department. This position requires someone who is proactive, organized, and confident in dealing with people at all levels. You will be a key point of contact for employees and management, ensuring smooth HR functioning and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day HR operations and administrative duties
  • Maintain and update employee records, databases, and documents
  • Assist in recruitment processes: scheduling interviews, following up with candidates, and maintaining trackers
  • Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires
  • Assist in managing employee attendance, leave records, and HRMS systems
  • Prepare HR letters like offer letters, experience letters, and appointment letters
  • Organize employee engagement activities and internal events
  • Address employee queries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
  • Generate and maintain regular HR reports and documentation
  • Coordinate with payroll and finance teams for accurate processing of salaries
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in HR operations or a similar role
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Professional, polite, and confident personality
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of basic labor laws and HR compliance is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18, ₹22,000.00 per month
