About the Role :We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Intelligence Analyst with at least 3 years of experience in transforming data into meaningful insights. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a solid understanding of ETL processes to support data-driven decision-making.Key Responsibilities:Data Analysis & ReportingBuild, maintain, and optimise dashboards and reports using Looker and Power BI .Perform advanced data analysis using Excel and Google Sheets .Write and optimise complex SQL queries for data extraction and validation.Conduct exploratory data analysis using Python (Pandas, NumPy, visualisation tools).ETL & Data Pipeline SupportWork with ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data into data warehouses.Collaborate with data engineering to maintain and improve ETL workflows.Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across reporting systems.Automate repetitive data tasks using Python or SQL-based workflows.Business Intelligence DevelopmentDevelop BI solutions to improve reporting efficiency and data accessibility.Contribute to data modeling efforts to support analytics and dashboard development.Monitor performance and integrity of BI tools, dashboards, and data pipelines.Key Qualifications:3+ years of experience in BI, Data Analytics, or a similar field.Strong proficiency in:SQL (joins, CTEs, window functions)Python for data analysisExcel and Google Sheets (advanced functions)Looker (LookML is a plus)Power BI (data models, DAX, report building)Solid understanding of ETL concepts and experience supporting or building ETL workflows.Good understanding of data warehousing and relational databases.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with cloud data platforms (BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake, etc.).Version control experience (Git).Familiarity with automation, APIs, or scripting workflows.Exposure to statistical analysis or A/B testing.Note: Please ensure you meet the essential requirements before applying.Technical Requirements:Windows 11 operating system or macOS 13+256GB storage space - minimum16GB RAM - minimumDual Core CPU - minimumCamera: HD Webcam (720p)Headset: Noise-cancelling (preferably)Internet Speed: 50 Mbps - minimumAbout UsOutsourced Pro Global Limited is a trusted outsourcing partner supporting businesses in recruitment, finance, HR, payroll, and operations.
