Job Description

1. Responsible for generating sales through customers Meeting and developing opportunities for the sales team through given sales leads.

2. Generate the leads and expanding the customer base through referral generations.

3. Assisting client for the Site visits and helping to choose property.

4. Prospecting clients through mediums such as Internet, Personal contacts, company Database.

5. Compiling and analyzing sales figures.Briefing the customers on project USPs thoroughly.

6. Scheduling and conducting meetings with the customers- Understanding the need of customers and offering solutions accordingly.

7. Convincing the customers to buy the product /flats.

8. Coordinate with pre-sales team, effectively convert leads to business.

9. Transaction management and deal closure..

10. Walk-in customer Handling & generate leads

11. Build a broker Network

12. Coordinate with customer & broker and close the deal on its own.

13. Follow up of Clients and project Briefing
