Job Overview: We are looking to hire Project Managers with strong experience in managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) projects, specifically focusing on the Finance and Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules. We are seeking the project manager to join our dynamic team in Bangalore, India. As the Project Manager within our Information Technology (IT) organization, you will provide project management expertise supporting Global projects and programs. you will have the responsibility to manage, coordinate people and processes to ensure that projects and programs are delivered on time, on schedule, and on budget. Ensuring that the work of the Global Program Management Office (PMO) adds value, is relevant to the strategy of the organization and the goals set for the PMO by executive management. The ideal candidate must have 5+ years of experience with hands-on end-to-end D365 F&O project implementation. The Candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering ERP projects on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction. Responsibilities for Project Manager: Manage end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O projects (Finance & SCM). Define project scope, goals, deliverables, schedules, and resource allocation. Lead cross-functional teams comprising functional, technical, and integration consultants. Engage with clients, gather requirements, and ensure the solution alignment with business needs. Track and monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure high-quality project delivery adhering to timeline, scope, and budget. Conduct regular project reviews and status meetings with stakeholders and clients. Ensure proper documentation, change control, and post-go-live support plans. Work closely with internal teams to manage deliverables and escalate issues when required. Qualifications for Project Manager: Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field 5+ years of experience, with a focus on the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem or with other ERP, CRM, or SaaS software solutions 5-8 years of project management and related experience Proven experience in managing full-cycle D365 F&O implementations, especially in Finance and SCM modules. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall). Ability to handle multiple projects and deliverables concurrently. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Strong risk management, budgeting, and resource planning capabilities. PMP/Prince2 or other recognized project management certification is an advantage. Familiarity with Microsoft tools (DevOps, Teams, Office 365, etc.) Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with Microsoft Partners or in consulting environments. Exposure to integrations with Power Platform and Azure services. Prior experience with international or multi-country implementations.
