Technical Project Manager Responsibilities 1. Manage Customer Project Delivery 2. Revenue as detailed in Impact Section 3. Very Large/ Complex/ Multiple Regions or Global 4. High/ Very High Risk 5. High/ Very High Complexity Legal & Commercial Issues 1. Manages Project Financials 2. Meets or exceeds approved budgets 3. Provides reliable financial forecasts to management 1. Manages Client Relationships 2. Manages complex/ multifunction and/ or global delivery relationships with senior and executive (“C” Level) client management 3. Communicates the direct value our capabilities will provide to our business partners & customers 1. Manages Project Team 2. Manages internal as well as external resources with a team size greater than 40 people 3. Mentors & encourages skill development of project team members through others 4. Provides detailed performance review input and development recommendations for key contributors 5. Mentors others, providing a role model and support for individual development Education & Experience Required - First Level University Degree. Advanced Degree Preferred - 6-12 years’ experience in project management role a must - PMP Certified (good to have) - Agile Scrum Certified (good to have) Knowledge & Skills - Demonstrates an in-depth knowledge of key operational policies, processes and methodologies applicable to project management - Has an extensive understanding of critical project management techniques - Good understanding of Datacenter, Application Migrations & Implementations - Good understanding of DevOps Solution Implementations - Proven expertise in Cloud Solutions and other relevant technologies - Recognized as a leader in the PM Professions community Complexity - Works on complex projects where analysis of situations or data require and in-depth evaluation of multiple, complex factors, and significant use of judgment - Delivers projects affecting multiple client divisions or the enterprise - Manages a portfolio of projects or a program and supervises other project managers on very large multi-function, multivendor projects - Projects may be global - Manages projects requiring advanced scheduling and coordination techniques to meet client deadlines
