Job Summary
PTR Global is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead MSP Program Specialist to oversee a major global account. This role will involve managing and supporting the account on a global scale, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining compliance with client requirements. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end MSP program, collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders, and driving program success.
Responsibilities
- Global Account Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of a major global account, ensuring alignment with client expectations and operational objectives.
- MSP Program Leadership: Lead the Managed Service Provider (MSP) program, providing strategic guidance and ensuring smooth execution across regions.
- Compliance and Governance: Ensure that all program activities comply with client requirements, industry regulations, and company policies.
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, maintaining strong relationships and addressing any concerns or issues that arise.
- Vendor Management: Oversee staffing suppliers and manage vendor relationships to ensure efficient service delivery and performance.
- Workforce Planning: Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to forecast and meet staffing needs, ensuring timely delivery of resources.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor program metrics, prepare regular reports, and provide data-driven insights to improve program performance.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization within the MSP program and implement best practices to enhance efficiency.
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of program specialists, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and program success.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing an MSP program, preferably on a global scale.
- Strong knowledge of vendor management systems (VMS) and MSP operations.
- Excellent client relationship management and communication skills.
- Experience with workforce planning and vendor management.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate insights from program data.
- Leadership experience with the ability to manage and mentor a team.
- High level of adaptability and problem-solving abilities.
