Led by Dr. Avanthi Paplikar, an expert in children with ASD, ADHD, GDD, stroke aphasia and dementia, SpeakUp is committed to providing innovative and compassionate care.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Behavioural Therapist located in HSR Layout, Bengaluru - experienced in working with children, young people and families presenting with a wide range of psychological and neurodevelopmental difficulties, such Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Attention Deficit Disorder, and Learning Disability. As a Behavioural Therapist , you will be responsible for conducting psychological evaluations and tests and providing behavioural therapy. Your day-to-day tasks may include psychological assessments, therapy sessions, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, developing treatment plans, and offering counseling support to patients and their families.QualificationsExperienced in working with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Attention Deficit Disorder, and Learning DisabilityExperience in psychological testing and mental health counselingClinical supervision skillsStrong knowledge of various therapy approachesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience in working with diverse populationsAbility to work in a multidisciplinary teamExperience in working with individuals with neurological conditionsMaster’s/MPhil in Clinical Psychology, Counselling Psychology, MSW or related fieldLicensure or certification in Clinical Psychology/Behaviour Therapy/ABA
