Be an integral part in the overall program stream with emphasis on Strategic Employee Engagement.
Work closely with VZI S&P India Leaders and other key support functions in forming collaborative teams and manage key programs that help execute the priorities.
Prompt on activities, which needs the Executive's immediate attention.
Provide positive support and focus to improve the quality and efficiency of assistance.
Maintaining records, scheduling important meetings/ reviews, writing the minutes of the meetings , tracking and reporting on action points.
Manage all the Leadership presentations and Visits end to end - Agenda preparations, Meeting arrangements ,infrastructure requirements etc.
Managing Rewards and Recognitions, working with Leaders to source nominations and process Rewards and Recognitions.
You’ll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or ten or more years of work experience in areas of Executive Assistance, Office Administration, Liaison & Coordination and Documentation.
Experience in managing Strategic engagement, program management and arriving at engagement charter and calendar of Leaders.
Desktop applications knowledge (e.g., Microsoft Office, G suite).
Requirements
Experience in arriving at an overall engagement plan, corresponding with external & internal stakeholders Maintaining records, scheduling important meetings/ reviews, writing the minutes of the meetings,tracking and reporting on action points.
Demonstrated skills in relationship management coupled with expertise in handling top & confidential correspondence with stakeholders.
Proficiency in handling calendar, travel, expenses, facilitating Executive Visits and other ad-hoc administrative requirements specific to the role of the Leader assigned for the Leader.
Good excel and Powerpoint skills - Dashboarding and reporting skills
Work with multiple stakeholders and ensure Program frameworks are built and ensure completion of Program end to end
Work on Employee engagement Programs based on requirements.

Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties.
Excellent and proven presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated skills in relationship management coupled with expertise in handling top & confidential correspondence with stakeholders.
Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, Friendly and professional demeanor.
