Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Invoice Specialist located in Karnataka, India. The Invoice Specialist will be responsible for handling the billing process, preparing and sending invoices, ensuring timely client billing, and managing accounting tasks. The specialist will also communicate effectively with clients regarding their billing inquiries and resolve any discrepancies.

  • Billing Process and Invoicing skills
  • Client Billing and Communication skills
  • Accounting skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in relevant billing and accounting software
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
