This includes writing, coding, testing, and analyzing objects within the application in support of the business functions. Ability to understand and configure complex compensation plans, calculations, rules, webforms and reports. Gathers business requirements, manage the requirements change process throughout the project lifecycle, definition of functional specifications and lead the deployment of the new business processes and of the IT solution developed to support them. The lead will make sure all defined requirements are properly tested/delivered.

3 - 5 years IT ExperienceSales Performance Management (SPM) business processes knowledgeConfigure SPM software applicationsDesign, implement and maintain the SPM modelBuild reports in SPM for incentive compensation business metricsUpdate the SPM model for changes in compensation plansWork with the HR, Finance and Sales Operations teams to ensure smooth communicationVery good knowledge of SQL and relational database conceptsAudit / Validate incentive compensation plans and rules reflected in payout calculationsAssist with monthly payout processingAssist with all aspects of incentive compensation technologyExcellent communication and presentation skillsStrong problem-solving and creative thinkingExperience in defining, leading and executing IT testing plansLead virtual project teamsExperience in Software project development lifecycle (Agile, Iterative, Waterfall)Ability to create quick solution concepts, prototypes to visualize solution being proposedBachelor Degree in Mgmt Information Systems, Computer Science or Business
