Position Summary: We are looking for dynamic, experienced IB tutors to join our team. In this role, you will design and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the IB Diploma Programme (DP), Middle Years Programme (MYP), and IGCSE curricula. You will work closely with students, parents, and fellow educators to ensure that every student receives the guidance and support necessary to excel academically. Key Responsibilities: - Curriculum Delivery: Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to the IB DP, MYP, and IGCSE frameworks, ensuring lessons meet international standards. - Student Support: Provide one-on-one and group tutoring sessions, adapting teaching strategies to meet individual student needs. - Assessment & Feedback: Evaluate student progress through formative and summative assessments and provide timely, constructive feedback. - Academic Planning: Collaborate with academic coordinators and colleagues to enhance curriculum materials and teaching methodologies. - Communication: Maintain open lines of communication with students, parents, and school administration regarding academic progress and areas for improvement. - Professional Development: Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in international curricula and participate in professional development activities. Qualifications: - A Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Education, a relevant subject area, or equivalent teaching certification. - Demonstrated experience teaching or tutoring IB DP, MYP, or IGCSE students. - Strong understanding of international education standards and assessment criteria. - Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to inspire and motivate students in both in-person and virtual environments. - Familiarity with innovative teaching tools and technology is a plus.
