**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Cross-Functional Coordination**:

- Actively collaborate with various departments within Tutopiya to understand their design requirements.
- Maintain effective communication with teams such as marketing, content development, and customer support.
- ** Quality Assurance**:

- Take responsibility for maintaining the quality and consistency of design work produced, including your own and that of the design team.
- Ensure all design work aligns with Tutopiya's brand standards and visual identity.
- ** Mentorship and Training**:

- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering their skills and understanding of Tutopiya's brand guidelines.
- Contribute to the growth and development of the design team as a whole.
- ** Design Strategy**:

- Actively participate in discussions related to Tutopiya's design strategy.
- Offer insights and suggestions to enhance the visual elements of our brand and marketing materials.
- ** Project Management**:

- While your primary role is design-focused, you may find yourself involved in project management aspects.
- This includes prioritizing design projects, managing timelines, and ensuring the timely delivery of creative assets.
- ** Adaptation to Emerging Trends**:

- Stay updated on industry trends and design innovations.
- Bring fresh and innovative ideas to Tutopiya's marketing materials by researching and experimenting with new design techniques and tools.
- ** Resource Management**:

- Play a part in resource allocation, ensuring the design team has the necessary tools and software to execute their tasks efficiently.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your creative design work.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective team engagement.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for design excellence.
