Growth Consultant – Tele-Calling Location: Sindhu Bhavan Road, Ahmedabad- Job Type: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday Gender: Female Experience: 1 year Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Growth Consultant to manage inbound and outbound calls with potential customers. The ideal candidate will play a key role in qualifying leads, understanding customer needs, and driving business growth through effective communication and follow-ups. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound inquiries from interested prospects and guide them through the next steps. Make outbound calls to warm leads, follow up on previous interactions, and re-engage dormant leads. Understand customer requirements and suggest appropriate products/services. Maintain accurate lead records, call outcomes, and follow-up actions in CRM. Collaborate with the sales team to hand over qualified leads and improve conversion rates. Requirements Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and English. Prior experience in tele-calling, inside sales, or customer engagement preferred. Confident, persuasive, and proactive approach to conversations. Ability to learn quickly and explain offerings clearly. Basic proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office. . Skillset Required: Verbal Communication, Tele-Calling, Lead Qualification, Customer Engagement, CRM Proficiency, Microsoft Office, Sales Collaboration, Follow-up Management, Persuasive Communication, Bilingual in Hindi and English
