The ideal candidate would have a good blend of business and technical acumen and would be able to deliver in a high paced environment. Maturity, good judgment, negotiation skills, ability to influence, analytical talent and leadership skills are essential traits to be successful in this role. Responsibilities: - Plan and Drive complex programs simultaneously from initiation through launch- Collaborate with multiple cross functional teams to drive program launch, ensuring ownership of the revenue including call center, insurance partners, marketing, tech and product teams,- Proactively identify and resolve product issues by effectively working with Product Managers, Business Owners and Engineering Teams - Pick up revenue growth projects and execute end to end.- Individual contributor role in a matrix structure- Report and communicate progress and status of projects to relevant stakeholders- Build program review cadence and bring discipline to track success objectively- Assist in production launches, coordinate UAT, implementation of process change and trainings as needed - Help in monthly and quarterly roadmap planning by reaching out to dependent business and prioritizing their tasks - Identify the right KPIs for multiple teams, build dashboards to rack these KPIs and highlight in the right meetings Basic Qualifications : - 3 - 5 years of experience in managing projects across cross functional teams- Experience working directly with business stakeholders.- Experience in strategy consulting, ceo office, chief of staff, EIR roles- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, business or related technical field - Strong oral and written communication skills are crucial - Prior work experience in insurance or fintech preferred- Structured thought process to help think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve and prioritize tasks - Ability to comfortably and confidently present to all levels within the enterprise and to work with both technical and non-technical individuals - Results oriented person with a strong delivery focus who can work independently and collaboratively with teamsWhy join us: ⦁Work with a high-performing and passionate product, design, and engineering team.⦁Shape the future of credit for millions of users.⦁Build at scale in one of India’s most dynamic and regulated spaces.⦁Flexible and inclusive work environment with fast decision-making and ownership.Compensation: If you are the right fit, we believe in creating wealth for you with enviable 500 mn+ registered users, 25 mn+ merchants and depth of data in our ecosystem, we are in a unique position to democratize credit for deserving consumers & merchants – and we are committed to it.
