Kaufman Rossin Professional Services Private Limited’s (the “Company”) offices are located in the World Trade Center (WTC) in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, and at the Unitech Cyber Park in Gurgaon, Haryana, India.


While the Bangalore office provides a range of services, including risk management, corporate governance, tax, assurance, family office services, out of the Gurgaon office, we render highly specialized back office alternative investment services for global hedge funds and related fund types.

We are searching for a Salesforce System Administrator who will in this individual contributor role, will have ownership of all critical Salesforce.com processes that are key to Kaufman Rossin’s ongoing success. You will work alongside the Data Management Team and professionals to achieve the highest level of service and solution development on the platform.


Responsibilities

  • Manage Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, field-level security, and public groups.
  • Setup email templates for email alerts and salesforce users.
  • Maintain and build custom reports and dashboards.
  • Build custom lightning app pages for different, apps, users, and profiles.
  • Create training materials with internal Kaufman Rossin University.
  • Build custom objects and add fields.
  • Perform database maintenance tasks, including duplicate entry cleansing.
  • Troubleshoot user issues with front-end of Salesforce.
  • Create documentation processes for Salesforce permission updates and upgrades of functionality.
  • Utilize declarative programming tools within Salesforce, such as Flows, and foundational knowledge of Apex.


What Skills You’ll Bring:

  • 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator within Sales Cloud.
  • Experience with Data Loader.
  • Experience setting up and maintaining Flow automation and cadences.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification preferred.
  • Exemplify creative problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to effectively plan realistic and achievable short-term and long-term activities/goals.
  • Proficiency in disseminating information and sharing knowledge at various levels within the company.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Strong cultural and organizational sensitivity.
  • Commitment to a high-performance culture.
