Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Client Services. The Head of Client Services will manage client relationships, oversee account management, and lead a team. The role entails day-to-day tasks such as business relationship management, team management, and team leadership.
The main responsibilities of this role include:
Building and maintaining strong client relationships: The Head of Client Servicing should communicate effectively and build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
Managing the client service team: The Head of Client Servicing is responsible for leading, motivating, and managing the client service team. This includes setting performance goals, providing feedback, and coaching team members to achieve their full potential.
Ensuring client satisfaction: The Head of Client Servicing is responsible for ensuring clients are satisfied with the agency’s services. This includes regularly communicating with clients, responding to their needs and concerns, and meeting their expectations.
Developing and implementing client service strategies: The Head of Client Servicing should be able to identify areas for improvement in the agency’s client service processes and develop and implement strategies to address them.
Collaborating with other departments: The Head of Client Servicing should work closely with other departments within the agency, such as creative, strategy, and technology, to ensure clients receive a seamless and integrated service experience.
Managing client accounts: The Head of Client Servicing manages client accounts, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget and clients receive regular progress updates.
Staying up-to-date with industry developments: The Head of Client Servicing should stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in client service and continually use this knowledge to improve the agency’s offerings.
The ideal candidate for this role should have a strong background in client service, digital marketing, and team management. They should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be highly organized, and be able to work under pressure.
Qualifications
Client Services and Account Management skills
Experience in business relationship management
Team Management and Team Leadership skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Proven track record in client satisfaction and retention
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Experience in the digital marketing industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
