Job Overview


We are seeking a Centre Manager to oversee the operations of our centre in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The Centre Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities, coordinating with team members, and ensuring excellent customer service. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Knowledge of computer and network security concepts.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Manage the overall operations of the centre, including staff management, customer service, and facility maintenance.
  • Coordinate with team members to achieve set targets and objectives.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer queries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor and evaluate centre performance, providing regular reports to management.
  • Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies, and ensure their proper utilization.
  • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to enhance productivity and skills.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and recommend innovative ideas to enhance the centre's performance.
