Job Summary:-

The IIP Executive will be responsible for overseeing inspection activities, ensuring process compliance, and maintaining quality standards across manufacturing operations. This role demands strong technical acumen, attention to detail, and the ability to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect & Monitor:

Conduct routine and comprehensive inspections of manufacturing processes, raw materials, and finished goods.
- Quality Assurance:

Ensure all products meet company and industry quality standards, with a focus on the wire and steel sector.
- Process Compliance:

Monitor adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Data Management:

Maintain accurate records of inspections, non-conformances, and corrective actions.
- Continuous Improvement:

Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance quality and productivity.
- Cross-functional Coordination:

Collaborate with production, R&D, and quality teams to resolve issues and implement best practices.
- Audit Support:

Participate in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and follow-up.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • ·
    Education:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, Production Engineering, or related field.
- Experience:

0–2 years of experience in industrial inspection, quality control, or process engineering, preferably in the
wire, steel, or welding consumables industry

- Technical Skills:

Familiarity with inspection tools, measurement instruments, and quality management.
- Certifications:

Certification in quality inspection or lean manufacturing (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) is a plus.
- Industry Knowledge:

Understanding of
wire drawing
