What are the Key Deliverables in this role?
Tech-Enabled Shared Services: Identify digital processes within HR sub-functions that can be optimized through technology and work with the HR team to build a business case for digital transformation. Partner with HR and PIVOT teams to develop and implement a technology roadmap.
Digital Cost Management: Ensure digital projects stay within budget. Validate the delivery Plan and ensure project is completed within committed timeline to avoid overrun of planned spend. Customer Service
HRIS Optimization: Work closely with HR stakeholders to understand digital requirements for HR Information Systems, pinpoint inefficiencies in current digital HR processes, and develop improved digital workflows and systems architecture.
Digital Initiative Management: Oversee the timely rollout and completion of digital components for HR initiatives on platforms such as Success Factors, ensuring seamless digital experiences for performance management, engagement surveys, and learning programs. Internal Processes
Digital Data Management: Manage digital system updates, additions, and implementation projects in collaboration with vendors and SAP, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of employee data.
Reporting and Compliance: Enhance digital reporting capabilities to support public filings, annual reports, BRSR, and audit requirements, ensuring compliance with data governance standards.
Self Service Enablement: Be a catalyst to enable self service for HR process which can reduce the time spend by HR team .
Travel & Expense: Work with the partners in bring more user experience in travel and expense systems globally.
Governance and Process: Work closely with digital ITSM team in driving governance on all HR initiatives. Innovation and Learning
Digital Analytics and Transformation: Develop and implement digital HR analytics strategies, delivering insights on key HR metrics like attrition, recruitment, and compensation using advanced analytics tools like Clearview, People Analytics etc.
Data Governance and Privacy: Stay abreast of digital data governance policies, ensuring adherence to global data privacy regulations and implementing best practices for data security and breach prevention.
Desirable success factors for the Role?
Advanced Knowledge: Industry experience on implementation of SuccessFactors or any HRMS systems
Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with global data protection regulations and digital compliance standards.
Solution-Oriented: Skilled in translating HR digital needs into effective, actionable digital system solutions.
