Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Leadership

• Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives.

• Act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team, providing guidance on people-related matters, including talent acquisition, retention, and development.

• Build and sustain a strong employer brand to attract and retain top talent.

Talent Management and Development

• Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition processes to ensure the recruitment of high-quality candidates.

• Develop and implement talent development programs, including training, leadership development, and succession planning.

• Create and manage a robust performance management system to drive accountability and employee growth.

Employee Engagement and Culture

• Implement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, motivation, and retention.

• Conduct regular employee surveys and act on feedback to address workplace concerns.

HR Policies and Compliance

• Design and enforce HR policies, procedures, and best practices that align with legal and regulatory requirements.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, employee benefits regulations, and workplace safety standards.

• Act as the custodian of the company’s code of conduct and ethical guidelines.

Key Qualifications

Educational Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• MBA or Master’s degree in HR Management is preferred.

• Professional HR certifications

Experience

• Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership role.

• Proven track record in leading HR functions in (Contract Manufacturing, FMCG, etc.).

• Experience in managing large teams and scaling HR operations in a growing organization.

Skills and Competencies

• Deep knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.

• Strong leadership and people management skills.

• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
