We believe in clean, honest, and natural eating — no preservatives, no artificial additives — just pure goodness from farm to fork.We’re on an exciting journey to build something truly meaningful, and we’re looking for a driven mind to join us as we scale.About the RoleThe Brand Operations Lead will be the heartbeat of our daily operations — ensuring that all moving parts across manufacturing, farming, sales, and marketing come together seamlessly.This role is perfect for someone who thrives on coordination, loves problem-solving, and enjoys being the glue that keeps people and processes aligned.You’ll work directly with the leadership team to ensure smooth execution of plans, timely communication across departments, and accountability in deliverables.What You’ll DoAct as the bridge across departments — coordinating between manufacturing, farming, marketing, and sales teams.Manage daily brand operations — from planning to execution.Ensure that every process reflects our “clean and natural” brand promise.Build and maintain effective internal communication channels to align teams.Support product launches, market rollouts, and campaign executions.Track progress of operational deliverables and ensure smooth cross-team flow.Identify gaps, suggest improvements, and bring structure to chaos (the good kind).Help build a culture of ownership, clarity, and collaboration within the team.What We’re Looking For1–2 years of hands-on experience in Operations, Coordination, or FMCG operations management.A digitally smart, organized, and proactive individual.Strong interpersonal and communication skills — a true people connector.Someone who can work fast, think smart, and stay calm under startup chaos.A natural problem solver with a “let’s get it done” attitude.Believes in the clean food movement and resonates with our brand values.Why Join Tatva?Be part of a brand that’s changing how India eats.Work directly with passionate founders and leaders.Experience the energy of a fast-growing FMCG startup.Opportunity to grow into senior operations or business leadership roles as we scale.Because at Tatva — we don’t just build products, we build purpose.
