Important responsibilities in this role will include:Identify relevant standards and conduct a technical analysis of the standards to identify evidence of usageRate / rank patents based on similarities and / or differences identified with the relevant standardsPrepare EOUs / claim charts based on the standards identifiedConduct comprehensive patent searches using various databases and tools to identify patents relevant to telecommunications and WiFi standards.Review the work of other team members and handle client communicationMentor research and senior research associates and be responsible for their career management and performance evaluationHandle key client accounts independentlyResponsible for the overall quality and delivery of project reportsMaintain the team’s productivity and utilization data

Skills we’re looking for:B.Tech / M.Tech in electronics and communication, signal processing, or telecommunication with 3-5 years of relevant / industry experienceExtensive understanding of telecom standards such as Wi-Fi / LTE / 5G.At least four years of experience in conducting invalidation searches or standard essentiality analysis in the domains of Wi-Fi / LTE / 5G SEPsConduct comprehensive patent searches using various databases and tools to identify patents relevant to telecommunications and WiFi standards.
