Job Description

Collaborate with clients, product teams, and tech teams to define and prioritize digital product requirements. Work on Competitor Bench-marking, take care of the entire Product Lifecycle Lead the ideation, design, and implementation of front-end features for our website, platform/application, and other digital assets. Conduct market research to identify trends, user needs, and competitive offerings. Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces. Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and tech teams, ensuring clear communication of requirements and expectations. Analyze user feedback and data to continuously improve the performance and usability of our digital products. Stay abreast of industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices in front-end development.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (, Computer Science, Business, Finance). 2-6 years of experience in a front-end facing role with clients in the Product Management with a lending Fintech/NBFC sector. Proven track record of successfully delivering digital products, with a focus on user interface design. Strong understanding of technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks/libraries (, React, Angular). Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams. Familiarity with agile development methodologies. Experience in the financial services industry, especially in lending or Fintech, is highly desirable.
