Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Admission Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admission process, offering expert advice on courses, and ensuring high enrollment conversion rates. The role demands excellent communication, persuasion, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

Student Counseling: Provide personalized guidance to prospective students and their families regarding course selection, career pathways, and admission procedures.

Lead Management: Follow up on leads from inquiries, phone calls, emails, and walk-ins to maximize conversions.

Admissions Process: Assist students with application procedures, document submissions, and fee payments.

Outreach & Marketing: Participate in educational fairs, school visits, and webinars to promote the institution and attract prospective students.

Database Management: Maintain accurate records of student interactions and ensure timely follow-ups.

Collaboration: Work closely with academic and marketing teams to enhance the admission process and achieve enrollment targets.

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and student preferences to improve counseling strategies.
