Senior Support Engineer | Singapore | High Performance Computing Our Client is focused on helping customers solve their most demanding technology challenges by delivering high performance computing, server, storage, data center and cloud computing solutions and professional services. Responsibilities: To provide technical leadership and support of complex solutions or applications, focused on HPC technologies and their associated Filesystems, interconnect and Data Management technologies. Performs analysis of complex client requirements providing expertise on topics such as: performance, design, utilisation, optimisation, workflow or implementation practices Seeks to understand the customer's business and apply skills to maximise value-add. Teams with Support Engineers on the design, scoping and technical validity of solutions to achieve the client's business objectives Demonstrates knowledge of multiple technologies used in HPC environments Influences and gains commitment from the customer and our client's team for the technical solution Defines problems and resolution plans Is responsible for the successful implementation and delivery of our client's solutions Keeps other peer groups apprised / informed of new and emerging problems Identifies new and add-on service opportunities within client base Adheres to all our client's processes to ensure solution quality and business outcomes are achieved Qualifications & Essential Criteria: Relevant tertiary education plus minimum 5 years' experience in a similar or related role 3yrs deep experience with Linux (SLES, RH or CentOS preferred) Demonstrated expertise in two or more relevant technology areas Superior problem solving skills Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication skills Qualifications & Essential Criteria: Experienced in technical consulting Project Management competencies Open Source software experience Experience with Lustre advantageous For more information please email or contact / Text: .
