Qualifications and Skills Proven experience in insurance underwriting to evaluate and assess insurance policies. Proficiency in customer service to maintain client satisfaction and address inquiries. Ability to handle policy administration with accuracy and attention to detail. Experience in business development to identify and pursue new business opportunities. Strong relationship management skills to build and nurture client relationships. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients.
