As a Senior Backend Developer, you will help us reimagine the web experience of our flagship products, using the latest technologies and tooling. As an early member of a new team, your contributions will have a profound influence. This position is perfect for someone who loves a challenge and has come from a fast-growing company.

This is a hybrid position based out of Pune, India.

What You’ll Do

Development

Build and maintain robust cloud-native APIs, services, and integrations Utilize Auth0 and API Gateway to authenticate and authorize HTTP requests Collaborate with frontend developers, data engineers, and dev-ops engineers Optimize and troubleshoot applications for performance, reliability, and scalability

Performance

Identify and address performance bottlenecks to ensure optimal speed and responsiveness of web applications Implement and advocate for best practices in performance optimization Collaborate with DevOps engineers on solutions for telemetry and observability

Coding and Programming

Rapidly iterate on features – writing elegant, reliable, and maintainable code Stay updated on the latest AWS cloud technologies and incorporate them into the development process Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback Engage with engineering and clients to resolve technical issues Mentor junior developers and contribute to a collaborative and innovative team culture
