Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Product Focus:
· Identify, pitch, and close deals for ExcelEdge with schools and educational institutions.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with school decision-makers, including principals and administrators.
· Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
2. Services Business Development:
· Leverage the company's portfolio to identify and acquire new services projects, even without existing leads.
· Proactively explore partnerships and collaborations for IT service offerings.
3. Market Analysis & Strategy:
· Analyze market trends to identify opportunities and challenges in the education sector.
· Create and refine strategies to position SustainEdge Consulting as a leader in school ERP systems and IT services.
4. Pipeline Management:
· Build and manage a robust sales and business development pipeline.
· Provide regular reports on progress, targets, and outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven track record of 5+ years in business development or sales, preferably in SaaS, ERP, IT services.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and deliver results under minimal supervision.
- Experience in the education sector or working with schools is highly preferred.
