As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns to promote our services across various digital channels. You will play a crucial role in enhancing brand awareness, driving website traffic, and generating leads/clients.


Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end client experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
  • Collaborate with agencies and other partners
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field; master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role, with a track record of successful digital marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and PPC advertising.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to track campaign performance, analyze data, and generate insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities, with experience in mentoring and developing team members.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing software and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and measure the success of digital marketing campaigns effectively.
