QA/QC Engineer ensures a project's final product or service meets established quality and regulatory standards by overseeing processes, conducting inspections, analyzing data, and documenting quality control efforts. Key responsibilities include developing quality plans, performing site inspections and audits, resolving non-conformances, maintaining quality documentation, and coordinating with various teams and contractors to guarantee compliance and continuous improvement. Core Responsibilities

  • Quality System Development:Create and implement project-specific Quality Management Plans (QMPs) and standard operating procedures.
  • Inspection and Auditing:Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and surveillance to verify adherence to plans, specifications, and relevant codes.
  • Documentation and Reporting:Prepare and maintain comprehensive quality documentation, including inspection reports, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and project progress reports.
  • Problem Resolution:Identify quality issues, analyze their root causes, and coordinate with relevant teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Coordination and Communication:Work with contractors, consultants, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure quality requirements are met.
  • Compliance and Standards:Ensure all project activities comply with project specifications, drawings, contract requirements, and applicable national and international standards.
  • Training and Support:Provide guidance and training to site personnel and contractors on quality standards and best practices.

  • Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication to liaise with various project stakeholders.
  • Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of quality principles, standards, inspection methodologies, and the specific industry's products or processes.

In essence, a QA/QC Engineer acts as the quality guardian for a project, ensuring that the end product or service is safe, reliable, and meets all predefined quality benchmarks from start to finish.

Pay: ₹10, ₹66,796.86 per month
